Obituary of Michael Andrew Pink
The family is devastated to announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Mikey. Michael was an active participant in the Winnipeg and Calgary music scene and will be sadly missed by many friends. He loved to play his drums.
Surviving and forever grieving are his beloved wife, Sophia; his loving parents Ray and Linda; brother Ron (Jennifer); his nana Joan Pink; aunts Barbara (Tim), Linda (Michael), Leta (Ken); his uncle Larry; cousins Melissa Henderson (Matt), Lindsay Bernert, Blake Bernert, Ali Henderson, Christopher Pink, and Sam Pink as well as by his sisters-in-law, Angie Todd (Jamie) and Rosie French (Preston).
Michael was predeceased by his grandfathers Henry Bernert Sr. and Ken Pink; his grandmother Margareta Bernert and his uncle Henry Bernert Jr.
A Celebration of Michael’s life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
