Condolences
Dear Donald, Bruce, Douglas and Robert:
I was sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I enjoyed her (my Aunt Mable) very much. While I was growing up she offered me caring advice and wisdom without judgement. She always had time for me. I have many wonderful memories of when I was a youngster spending time with her and my cousins, riding mini bikes, a pony, a tractor. She taught me the basis of working hard to receive a reward. I truly loved Aunt Mable and will miss her.
Our love and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. Your mom had a huge impact on our family. I have so many wonderful memories of her and the times we had together.
My condolences to you all. My memories of Auntie Mabel are dominated by her great smile, beauty, and her way of greeting us like she was absolutely delighted to see us again. She was warm and smart and fun to have in our lives. She’ll contonue to be with us in our hearts and memories, but I am sorry for your loss. I wish I could be with you to mark her passing. Love, Pat, Ruby and daughter Kathleen Jessiman
I remember Aunt Mabel as always smiling and warm. She will be missed, my thoughts and prayers go out to her family at such a a difficult time.
So sorry to hear of your loss Don, Bruce, Doug, Rob and family.
Your Mom was a woman of great strength, determination and joy. Her goal in life, from my experience, was to take care of her ‘boys’ (which she did well) and imagine that she did the same for her grandchildren. She never backed down from a challenge ( the White Toranado…haha) and stood firm on her beliefs – she had to with four boys!! Haha Mable had the most infectious smile, her entire face would light up and her eyes would sparkle. She is gone physically, but her spirit lives on in each and every one of you. Take solace in knowing that she is at peace now and smiling down on you all. I feel blessed to have known her. God blessed all of you with her presence for 89 years as a wonderful mother and grandmother, wife, sister, aunt and friend.

Hi To all of Mable’s family. So sorry to hear you’ve lost your Mom. She was always so warm to me and welcoming into the Sommerville clan. I know it’s hard to realize she is gone but we all know she is in a better place & we all look forward to seeing all our loved ones “some day.” Love, Jackie
I pray that Mom Mable is in good hand with our Lord in Heaven. I remember her as a cheerful and sweet lady, full of smile while taking good care of Dale and Alicia. My sincere condolence to the family and may you find strength in coping with her passing.

Dear Cousins,
I heard today from mom of “great aunt” Mabel’s passing. Kevin and I extend our deepest sympathies to you all at this sad time of good-bye. Though you know it is inevitable, it is never easy. My fondest memory of Mabel is that she always “looked like a million”… such a sharp and classy lady. The Sommerville cousins were all so very special to my dad (Bruce). I trust he and Mabel, along with the rest of them that have gone on ahead of us, are all, even now, enjoying a marvelous reunion with much love and laughter!
May God’s peace be with all of you.
Love,
-Eleanor and Kevin
