Condolences
I am so saddened to learn of Maddie’s passing. I had the privilege to work with Maddie for several years and I think we’d both agree we’re close friends at work. I always harped on her poor diet, a Tim’s double double and hickory sticks, every day. After I moved away Maddie visited us a few times and even donated her dining room and China cabinet to us. The table is now with another family but we restored the cabinet as a piece of antique looking farm furniture and it’s now a teal blue in colour, I think she would have liked it! I remember many years of her parenting the girls and I am so sad that she had such a short time with grand babies. Gosh I miss her charm... prayers for you all
We are so saddened and truly heart broken by Madeleine's passing but are so grateful for the time we spent recently witnessing her so happy to be surrounded by those she loved so dearly and treasured most in this world. She always had a smile for everyone and was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Always there to lend a hand if you needed her (she never said no) we were very fortunate to have her as our neighbor and friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mizuik families at this very difficult time. She will be missed but never forgotten.
