Obituary of David (Dave) MEATING

December 10, 1957 – Harvey Station, New Brunswick

February 27, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

David Meating of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the age of 62 years.

Dave was born in Harvey Station, NB on December 10, 1957 and he moved to Calgary, Alberta in the early 1980s.

Dave loved his music, and was a long time fan of the Calgary Stampeders and Flames.

Dave is  survived by his two brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph Meating and Carole (McNally) of Echo Bay, ON, Robert and Laurie (Lind) of Montreal, QB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario and Alberta. He was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Christina Meating.

As per Dave’s wishes no formal services will be held. A memorial service and internment will be held in McAdam, New Brunswick at a later date.  Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Dave’s obituary at www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
