Obituary of Bonnie Sharlene Gyman

July 11, 1951– Assiniboia, Saskatchewan

September 28, 2022– Calgary, Alberta

Bonnie Gyman (nee Popescul), of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at the age of 71 years, surrounded by family.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Cory and Christy (Chrystal); her brother, Wesley Popescul (Karen), sisters-in-law, Betty (Gerry) Selinger and Sharon (Ralph) Schollar; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and her special buddy Vinny.

Bonnie was predeceased by her loving husband of 46 years Ross, her parents Peter and Rosalie Popescul; and her in-laws, Ivan and Jessie Gyman.

A Celebration of Bonnie’s Life will be held in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, at a later date.

Bonnie’s family would like to thank the management and staff at Southwood Care Centre for the care and support they provided Bonnie for the past few years, as well as the doctors and nurses in unit 94 of the Rocky View Hospital, for the comfort and compassion they provided Bonnie in her last days.
