Condolences
Milly was a dear friend of mine for many years -- such a sweet and kind woman. Sincere condolences to all of Milly's family.
Milly was a wonderful, dear friend to me for many years. I am so sad about her loss and send condolences to all of her family. She was a special woman.
I am so sorry for the loss of Millie. She was a dear friend of mine over many years. We shared good laughs and a few very serious chats. And some big hugs, of course the lovely baking she used to do. I had met her family over time. They all were all so gracious and caring for their Mom.I send my deepest sympathy to all her family She rests in peace as she had wished for. God Bless this special angel.
Sincere Condolences on the loss of your wonderful Millie. Remember so well her kindness and amazing baking. My heart goes out to you all at this sad time❤️
Oh my gosh. No words are enough to truly express how much I admired and loved this amazing lady. Millie came into my life several years ago when she applied to live with Gracewood Housing and opted for a “penthouse” suite on the 12th floor. She was such a friendly gal it took her no time at all to capture the hearts of staff and tenants alike. Craving a change of scenery Millie and I got together chatting about the possibility of a move. Her wonderfully supportive family packed her up and moved her down a block, where she made her new home at Grace Manor. Again she won many hearts over with her warmth, wisdom and sweet ways. How I LOVED to visit her. Our visits always left me with a happy heart and smile. Millie’s friendship blessed many from both Grace Manor and Gardens, and I always looked forward to the days her and Sheila would go out and arrive back at Grace Manor to visit out front on the bench. It was fun to join them and I took away so many valuable lessons from the two of them…that was friendship at its finest. When Millie decided it was time to move to another “home”, we were sad to see her leave but happy for her and those who were about to be blessed by her friendship once again. Millie was so proud of her family and often spoke about them, the pride and love always evident in her words, eyes and smile. I was lucky enough to meet them all, and they embraced us just as their Mom did. Like Mom, like children. It was my privilege and honour to meet and be a part of this lovely lady’s life. For that I feel very blessed. Gone, but never forgotten….
My love, deepest condolences, and prayers go to Millie’s wonderful family.
