Condolences
To the Allen Family:
I was saddened to read about Earle's passing. I met Earle in the '70s at a function to commence the Canadian Business Travel Association. Oh, how he held a passion to get this organization off the ground and be successful - which it did. Under Earle's guidance, the CBTA grew to become a successful Association that not only encompassed Corporate Travel Managers in Calgary, but Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal. From a small beginning, under Earle's stewardship, membership grew to over 125+ members, an Association which fostered a strong partnership between corporate travel managers of some of the largest Canadian corporations with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental firms.
Earle had a unique way to bring people together, to treat everybody whom he met with respect and friendship.
Rest well, my friend. A brighter star has been added to the heavens.

Hello to all the Allen family,
My heart was saddened by the news of Earle's passing. During my time serving as the Transition Minister at Central, Earle and I became fast friends. I would love to chat with him on the phone or sit with him in his living room, in the house he shared with his beloved Laurette. I spent time with her as well before her passing. He was so loving and caring of her.
We would spend delightful hours together as he regaled me with the stories of his life, especially stories that involved his beloved Laurette.
I say to you Earle, "rest easy, thou good and faithful servant of God. Go into your rest and greet those whom you loved who have gone before." It was a blessing and an honour to know you.
With love,
Rev. Linda C. Hunter

Dear Lori, Doug and Family. I worked for Earle at TransAlta Utilities in the General Services department. Earle was an exceptional Boss and we became lifelong friends. He was well respected by both staff and management. We visited in Invermere every year along with Lori, Denis and the boys and he was Sally and my friend. He is one of God’s special people and I look forward to hearing his laugh and enjoying his smile when we meet again. Sally & Colin Lawson
My deepest condolence to the family for this lose, he was a great man and I was honoured to meet him and when I was able to enjoy so many family Sunday dinners with my son and his family brought so much joy to my heart. Knowing how much family ment to him and I will never forget the day he held my son for the first time pure joy. May he rest in peace and again be joined with Jesus and grandma once again
