Condolences
Marilyn attended our Prayer Shawl Group at Southwood United Church, not to knit or crochet, but to share her stories and her faith. We will miss her beaming smile and hearty laughter. Sincere sympathy to her family.

Marilyn’s dear family was a delight to her and I’m sorry for your loss.
She was a wonderful friend to me during her early Christian walk. She joyfully shared how the Lord showed His love to her. Her stories built up our faith and lifted our spirits. Our friendship continued, even after moving to different provinces, with phone calls, letters, cards and visits. I will miss her many stories…but her graduation day came early. I know she has everlasting peace and joy in her new heavenly home which I am thankful for.
Remembering Marilyn from Southwood United Prayer Group and potlucks. She was always upbeat and a breath of fresh air. Remembering birthdays and special occasions with things she made and gifts she gave. Thank you for your years of friendship Marilyn. Precious to us and precious to God. Praying for peace and comfort for you, her family.
What a beautiful, caring soul with such a beautiful smile always. I had the honour of meeting Marilyn at Southwood Hospice and she shared many, many memories with me and lots of laughter. The only woman I have ever met who got married in hot pants made to order!! I loved looking at her many photos of family and friends and the beautiful flowers and cards adorning her room. Someone I shall never forget. My sincere condolences go to her family and friends. Rest in peace dear Marilyn. Brenda
