Condolences
We were/are neighbours to Burrell and Jenny. We could not ask for better neighbours! Burrell was an amazing man and he taught me a lot about business. His honest, insightful analysis was always welcome! In a group setting Burrell would light up the room with his optimism and enthusiasm! Our sincerest condolences to Jenny and family. Burrell was a fantastic neighbour, an accomplished business man, but more importantly a wonderful person!
Roger & I met Burrell & Jenny at IBYC, & shared delicious meals, especially @Blue Water in San Pedro. It was especially great to see Burrell in the pool, doing his exercises. We will miss his joyful & smiling face.
I have wonderful memories of spending time with Burrell and Jenny at their farm sharing delicious meals together. Burrell was always so kind and pleasant to be with. I have one funny memory of Burrell when he spilled red wine on the nice white tablecloth and blamed me. My husband, Walter Treherne, and I used to mind the farm for them when they were away on vacation. We enjoyed the sheep and llamas, and the kitties. I also enjoyed looking at all the beautiful paintings that Burrell painted and excelled at. I now have two of them hanging on my wall and think of Burrell when I look at them. The World is a better place because Burrell was in it. He will be missed by all who loved him. May he rest in peace.
Tieh and I met Burrell when they purchased the vacation condo in Belize . We instantly made friends . They were so friendly and we often met for breakfast or lunch . Burrell loved to laugh and dance . Later as he painted I have great memories of him . Rest in eternal peace my friend.

We met Jenny and Burrell in Belize, and instantly felt a special connection to them. When we decided to move to Canada, their invitation to visit them at their beautiful home in DeWinton played a big part in our decision to settle in Calgary. They welcomed us with open arms, helped us navigate our new city, and became lifelong friends.
Burrell, you were a truly remarkable man—kind, humorous, and supportive. We are deeply grateful for the friendship we shared and will miss you dearly. Our thoughts are with Jenny, and we will always cherish the wonderful times we spent together. We will be here for her whenever she needs us. Until we meet again, rest in peace. ❤️
My thoughts are with you Jenny and family during this difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss. Burrell was a wonderful person and will be missed by all that knew him. Wishing you strength and peace and sending you my sincere condolences. I will always treasure my memories of Burrell
I met him in the barn during lambing and he was bound and determined to stay there as long as it took. The incident provides a mirror to the man. He was a rancher, an entrepreneur, a creator, a fighter and an artist and every aspect of him touched our lives. We loved him, he was a great man and I will miss him.
