Blaine Toney, the beloved husband of Rose Good Eagle, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, at the age of 59 years in his hometown of Calgary, AB.

Born on June 12, 1965, in Calgary, Blaine was a graduate of St. Francis High School. After school, he began a successful career at Wacker Neuson Ltd. where he worked for 40 years until November 2023. Blaine was dedicated to his job but also enjoyed his hobbies of playing pool, cheering on the Saskatchewan Roughriders, and being a classic car enthusiast.

Blaine embraced life and cherished making memories with his family and friends. He often spoke fondly of his memorable vacation to Jamaica in 2020 with his longtime friends, John and Judy. Blaine was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He leaves behind his three daughters, Kayla, Loren and Ashley, and his grandson, Alexander.

He will be deeply missed by his brother Blair, sister Lenore, and adored cat, Billy. Blaine was predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Myra Cecilia, his significant others, and his beloved cat Pecker.

A Celebration of Blaine’s Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive NE, Calgary, AB) on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at Rose and Blaine’s residence.
