Condolences
My sincere condolences for the loss of Ed. His work was flawless and was always so nice to have him over to my home. I met him through Kevin Parkhouse and always had a good laugh when seeing them both. Will miss you Ed.

My sincerest condolences to Ed's family , He was a man of great nature, sense of humor and had a heart of gold! I will truly miss him, I'll truly miss his visits at K&A, you always knew he was in the shop with his laughter, standing at the bottom of the stairs" little lady , come downstairs" walking threw the shop to find that perfect piece of wood for his love of creating memorable pieces, his excitement each time he created a new project/ bowl, the stories & knowledge each piece had, the love and excitement in his voice when he spoke of his family,
I'll always cherish his gifted pieces of art & will forever remember him.

When our family moved back to Calgary in 1983, we ended up in Midnapore and Ed was our neighbour to the west. Ed was a great neighbour, always cheery & full of hope for better days no matter what the challenges of the day were. He ran his own construction business & was always busy no matter how slow the economy was, a sign of just how competent & skilled he was.
Our kids shared their teenage years together too and my son, Scott, and Ed's son, Nick, became best friends.
Having good neighbours is such a joy and to also call them friends make it even more special. Ed will be fondly remembered.
Our sincerest condolences to Nick, Michelle & all of Ed's family. I know he cherished the family times with everyone.
