Condolences
Dear Vance,
Our family was deeply saddened by the sh***y news. Our thoughts are with you, Vickie and your Mom at this most difficult time.
Kathy was a lovely person. The sound of her wonderful laughter will always stay with me. I have many fond memories of you both. (She and I did like our rum & cokes!)
My apologies for not reaching out sooner. I know how hard it is to talk about the loss of someone we love. If I could give you a big hug now, I would. Should you ever wish to talk, I am here for you.
With sympathy,
Paul
No words can express the profound sadness I feel over Kathy's passing. I am heartbroken.
I will miss my sister (in-law), friend, confidante and euchre partner. She was smart, funny and loving. We laughed, we cried and we argued at times but we always made up. She will always be in my heart and on my mind.
Kathy, thank you for always eating my share of the cooked carrots. I will always leave a corner of the scalloped potatoes without onions just for you.
Vickie
Dearest Vance and family, sending hugs and love
I loved Kathy's spirit and energy. She always thought of others and gave the best hugs! Kathy will be dearly missed. Condolences to all friends, family and loved ones. Sincerely, Scott and Chantal
My most sincere condolences to Vance, Vicki, families and friends.
I first met Kathy in 2013 at our campsite. It was somewhat fitting that it was there that Vance shared his devastating loss of her with me.
Vance and Kathy were our first neighbours at Oasis back in the Calderon days.
She was a good friend to me and we spent many a time chatting (or in comfortable silence) around fires or on our deck.
Kathy and I shared a love for books and a mutual understanding and empathy of living with life long medical conditions.
She had love for Bingo, and a love for the camp's resident bingo caller - Vance. This love was as deeply reciprocated and was clear to any that met them.
I will miss her greatly and my deepest condolences go to Vance, Vickie, and the family.
Sending you our deepest condolences Vance and all of those who knew and loved Kathy. She will be greatly missed at our “Home away from home”

I met Kathy at CDI college in the accounting class. Her and I became very close friends. We spent a lot of time at the campground. I will miss you so much Kathy. Sending my deepest condolences and hugs to her family and friends.
Kathy, you have touched our lives with kindness, your zest for life and your ability to make us feel special. Though you feel in pain physically, you greeted us with a big smile on your face and big welcoming hugs and assuring us that you’re okay. You are the special one. Your amazing sense of humor made us laugh and always put a smile on our faces , a smile that will last forever in our hearts. We will always cherish your friendship forever. We will never forget you, Kathy.
With loving thoughts and prayers,
Anne, Patrick & Stephen
