Obituary of Vera Victoria HAMPEL

1945 – Armstrong, BC 2013 – Camrose, AB It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, Vera Victoria Hampel, on Thursday, October 17 at the age of 68 years. Vera recently retired from her 37 year career as an Assistant Principal with the Calgary Board of Education, where she touched the lives of so many children. Mom was a proud grandma who was with her family at every moment and every milestone in our lives. She gave everything to her grandchildren. Her smile, laugh and witty sense of humor will be forever cherished in our hearts. She is survived by her children, Bradley (Ann-Marie), Craig, and Kyla (Greg); sisters Sonia (Orest) and Myronia (Bill); brother, Dave Stewart (Doris) and grandchildren Abigayle, Wesley, Evangeline, Kaitlyn, Mitchell, Tori, and Autumn. She was predeceased by her parents Hania and Metro Swyck and her baby sister Oksana.
