Obituary of LEMIRE – Denis

June 6, 1944 – October 1, 2010 Denis passed away on October 1, 2010 after a heroic battle against cancer at the age of 66 years. Denis will be lovingly remembered by his wife Ghyslaine, his daughters Julie and Genevieve, his son Guillaume, his sons-in-law Shawn and Curtis, his grandchild Zack and Eden, his mother Aurea and his brother Gilles. Denis was born and raised in Quebec and moved to Calgary in 1996 with his family. He was a man who enjoyed everything that life had to offer and was a perfect example of someone who looked for and attempted to see the positive in all events surrounding his life. He was an excellent handyman and a hard worker. During the last ten years of his life Denis and Ghyslaine enjoyed travelling throughout Canada and the United States visiting close friends and playing golf, the game he loved so well.
