Obituary of Hallam- Eve Grace

HALLAM – Eve Grace (nee Pannenbecker) August 13, 1928 – September 30, 2010 It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of our mother, Eve Grace Hallam on September 30, 2010. She is survived by her children Jane, George (Marilyn), Shirley (Randy), David and Donna (Craig). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Eve was born in Drumheller, AB and moved to Calgary at a young age where she remained and raised her family. She was employed as a licensed practical nurse at the Foothills Hospital for 21 years until her retirement in 1993 at which point she became a dedicated volunteer for both the Canadian Blood Services and the Mustard Seed until poor health forced her to stop all volunteer activities. Our mother was a strong, generous and determined woman who shaped us into the people we are today for which we are grateful. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family. A Celebration of her Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway’s Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. In keeping with our Mother’s wishes, please make any memorial tributes to the Mustard Seed (403) 269-1319.
