Obituary of ROBERTSON – James Jim William

August 4, 1931 – September 29, 2010 Jim Robertson, beloved husband of Valerie of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at the age of 79 years after a long, courageous battle with lung disease. Jim was a family man with a love for life and a passion for curling and camping. He enjoyed a successful career at the Bank of Montreal for forty-six years, retiring in 1995. He is lovingly remembered and survived by his wife of thirty-four years Valerie; his five children, Sharon (David), Jeff, Judy, Heather, and Brad (Kris); four grandchildren, Melissa (Grant), Erin (Tyson), Jennifer, and John; and siblings, Earle (Carole), Nancy (Len), Janet (David), and David (Judy). Jim was predeceased by his mother Jeanne; father Grant; and siblings, Joan and Mary.
