Obituary of LACH – Zofia K.

November 25, 1926 – September 6, 2010 Zofia Lach of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 6, 2010, following a courageous battle with colon cancer, at the age of 83 years. Zofia was born in Trawniki, Poland but has lived in Calgary since 1963. She will be remembered as being “Babcia” to everyone who knew her. Zofia loved her pets and her “Ptaszki”. Zofia is survived by her son Ted; grandson Tadeusz and granddaughter Jennifer as well as several family members in Poland. She was predeceased by her husband Zbigniew in 1979 and her son Mieczyslaw in 1985. A Private Family Funeral Service will be held. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
