Obituary of DAVIS – Clifford

October 20, 1929 – August 14, 2010 Cliff Davis beloved husband of Yvonne of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the age of 80 years. Cliff was born and raised in High River, AB where he met and married his wife Yvonne. Cliff joined the Calgary Fire Department in 1954 where he worked for thirty one years before retiring in 1985, he spent most of his career in the Fire Prevention Bureau. Cliff spent many of his early retired years travelling and cruising with Yvonne and especially loved visiting places that he could drive to. He would even say that he would visit Hawaii once roads were built allowing him to drive there. Cliff especially loved Little Creek Cove Oregon. In addition to travelling Cliff had a passion for renovating older homes. Cliff is survived by his wife of fifty eight years, Yvonne; brother William and his wife June Davis of Calgary, sister-in-law Sylvia and Elaine of Calgary and numerous friends and family.
