Obituary of LABELLE – Anthony Laron

December 28, 1962 – August 12, 2010 On the morning of August 12, 2010 our Great Creator called Laron on his final Journey home. Laron was a man full of love and honor, he always greeted people with a smile and a humorous joke. Laron attended Morley Community School, Springbank High School, and Drumheller Sr. High. He later attended Medicine Hat College. Laron was an ambitious man with many goals. He was an outstanding athlete. His greatest passion was rodeo. He worked in different areas as well as a seismic crew. Later he worked with the WOP program. While working with the archaeologists, during highway 1A was being surveyed. He was so proud to discover an artefact of a buffalo and arrow heads. Laron is survived by his precious daughter; Larana; son Tenderson; grandchildren, Travis, Jayden, Lili, Audrey, Blake, and Cali; loving parents Evelyn LaBelle and John Poucette; sister Carrie (Teddy); nieces, Carla (Darryl) and Sara; and nephews, Joey and Troy. He is also survived by his maternal uncle Ernie (Winnie); aunties, Rena, Pauline and Carol; grandfather Bill Mclean; and paternal aunties, Mary Jane, Georgie and Cassie (Charlie). He was predeceased by his son Sherman; brothers, Warren, Curtis and Leland; sisters, Verl and Jayanne; nephew Coy; maternal grandparents Louie and Katie LaBelle; paternal grandparents, John Poucette, Jean Frances and Sara Poucette. Due to a large family, we apologize to whom we have missed. We thank everyone for you kindness and generous support during our difficult time. Funeral Services will be held at Morley United Church (Morley, AB) today, August 17, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Chiniki Cemetery (Morley, AB).
