Obituary of YELLOW HORSE – ZENNON ANDREW

October 9, 1980 – Monday May, 17, 2010 Zennon Andrew Yellow Horse (Many Shots) “oksskohaitopii” (Blue Rider) passed into the spirit world on Monday May 17, 2010 at the age of 29 years. Zennon was born October 9, 1980 at the Bassano Hospital. At the time of his passing Zennon resided on the East Side of Siksika. Zennon attended Bassano school for most of his school years. His pastimes included rodeo and hockey. Zennon participated in many rodeos, and won many championships in Boys Steer Rider. He played hockey for the Siksika Outlaws and Siksika Gators. Zennon will be dearly missed by his loving companion Anita and the “light of his life” daughter McKenna. Parents Duane and Gabriella Many Shots, siblings Ashley (Shawn) Old Chief, Kolbey and Wynter. Grandmother Rose Alma Many Shots, Elsie Winnipeg, Jessie Buller and Gertrude Turning Robe. Zennon was predeceased by maternal grandparents Gabriel and Rose Yellow Horse and paternal Grandfather George Many Shots. Cousins Vivian Yellow Sun, Lindsay Yellow Sun, Natasha (Cutter) Many Shots, Vanessa Red Crow, Lindsey Yellow Horse, Dana Winnipeg, Kim Yellow Sun, Clifton McMaster, and Nathan Good Eagle. Wake Services will be held at the residence of Rose Alma Many Shots Siksika Nation on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Catholic Church Siksika Nation, AB on Friday May 21, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Little Washington Cemetery, Siksika Nation, AB.
