Obituary of CROZIER – Thelma Audrey

April 20, 1923 – March 27, 2010 Thelma was born in Drumheller, Alberta, first child of Alfred and Violet Crozier. She lived her early years on the farm at Michichi, the village of Purple Springs and Taber in southern Alberta. In 1937 the family moved to Calgary and resided in the district of Sunnyside. We would like to pay tribute to our sister and aunt, who throughout her life has been a generous, loving friend, always there for us and others. These include her church family, community, business associates and finally as a teacher and role model for high school students. Thelma completed her earthly journey at Bethany Care Centre in Calgary, lovingly cared for by staff and volunteers; especially on Level 4 “Heartland” for the past two years. We are so grateful for all their thoughtfulness. In accordance with Thelma’s wishes a cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date at Queen’s Park Cemetery. We love you, Thelma Juanita and Robert Underhill, Doreen and George Ryning and families. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In living memory of Thelma Crozier, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McINNIS & HOLLOWAY FUNERAL HOMES, Chapel of the Bells, 2720 CENTRE STREET NORTH Telephone: (403) 276-2296.
