Obituary of IZZO – Pietro

June 29, 1945 – December 12, 2009 Pietro Izzo of Calgary , passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at the age of 64 years. Although sudden, he was at peace as his family was by his bedside. Pietro was born in Pietramelara, Caserta, Italy. Pietro is survived by his wife of 37 years Carmela, his sons Anthony (Rayelyn), Dino (Gina) and his four treasured grandchildren Carmelina, Peter, Brianna and Marina. Pietro (Nonno) will forever be in our hearts. Pietro was predeceased by his parents Rocco Antonio Izzo and Serafina Muzzo; brothers, Luigi and Nicola; sisters, Maria and Teresa. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff in the ICU at the Peter Lougheed Hospital.
