Obituary of MALLARI – Isabel Nonato

November 5, 1932 – December 11, 2009 Isabel Nonato (Bellie) Mallari beloved wife of Francisco of Calgary, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Isabel was born in Santa Cruz, Manila, Philippines. She married the love of her life Francisco on November 20, 1960. It always brought a smile to her face when she thought about all the times he tried to kiss her in front of anyone that was around. Together, they moved to Canada on November 27, 1994 along with their two youngest daughters to be with their eldest daughter. It was difficult being separated from her three sons when she came to Canada and the weather was definitely something to get used to as well. Isabel treasured the opportunity to go back to the Philippines for a visit five years later. Isabel had a passion for accessories like purses, jackets, and shoes, although nothing gave her more joy than spoiling her grandchildren. Besides her loving husband Francisco, Isabel is survived by her children, Melanie Dunlop, Renato Mallari, Ricardo Mallari, Mildred Dunlop, and Melody Mallari; daughter-in-law, Yolanda Mallari, and Fe Ferrer Mallari; son-in-law, Geoffrey Dunlop; grandchildren, Raymundo Mallari, Yonica Perolino, Yoniebeth Abanil, Timothy Kent, Trenz, Kirby, Janelle Dunlop, Renz Mallari, Justine Mallari, Danielle Dunlop, Dominic Dunlop, and Reginald Mallari; great-grandchildren, Arianne Colin Perolino, Andrea Claire Perolino, Claudio Perolino IV, and Jimueal Cleon Avanil; and sisters, Narcisa Cui, Veronica Nonato, and Hermona Nonato. Isabel was predeceased by her parents, Roberto and Consuelo Nonato; sisters, Ursula Nonato and Monie Morales; brothers, Romeo Nonato and Lorenzo Nonato; and son Reynaldo Mallari.
