Condolences
Hello Jessica and Kimberly,
I just heard about the loss of your mother and wanted to send my condolences. You most likely do not remember me but I remember you girls and your mother from my childhood. Your father is my uncle. I am not in contact with him nor have I seen your mother in many many years.. but I have fond memories of her and wish I had gotten to know her better. I’m sure she’s given you girls many great memories to cherish as I remember her as a mother who would do anything for your happiness… she was a wonderful caring person with so much love to give.. I’m sorry to hear she was taken from you so soon in life.
Take care of eachother

Jessica and Kimberly,
Your mother had a wonderful gift. That gift allowed your mom to smile when others might not, it kept her positive when things were not perfect, it provided laughter and love for others that may have needed it along the way, and it provided her with the power to always help and to share. I will never forget your mother’s incredible spirit and her willingness to share her gift. Rarely do we have the opportunity to live in the light of such a beautiful spirit. As a friend to her at work she spoke often of you two, she loved you more than everything combined. Carry her gift with you always. We will all miss her so deeply.
Dave
Dear Kim and Jessica,
My thoughts continue to be with you this past week. I was going through old emails from your Mom today and I loved her sense of humor! I miss her energy that she put into everything. One of the best things about working at Home Depot was the day I met her. Her friendship and memory will be with me always, she was a very special lady.
Take care,
Heather
Hi Oscar,
It is with sincere regret that we learn of the untimely passing of your daughter Shirley. It’s never easy to say goodbye, however with Shirley being so young it must be even more challenging. Oscar, you continuously concern yourself in matters of community betterment which is a credit to you and your family. Kindly accept our greatest condolences.
Sincerely,
Frank Hickey and team.
Dear Jessica and Kim,

Dear Jessica and Kim,
Over the last several years, I came to know your mom through HOPE cancer support group meetings. In the safety of the group setting, we shared joys and sadness, challenges and successes. No matter what, Shirley was always most lively when talking about her daughters. When we saw her last Monday, she was so proud that both of you were back at school this year, and that you were moving ahead with your lives in a very positive way. I know she will be watching over you always! My condolences to you, your grandparents, your aunts, and the rest of your family. May the memories and love you share with your mom bring you comfort. She will be missed by so many people whose lives she touched.
As a friend of Kim it was a great pleasure to get to know Shirley, she was one of the sweetest and kindest persons I have ever met in my life. Always smiling and always laughing she always made me feel welcomed and being in her presence instantly lifted your spirits. My heart goes out to her family. You will be missed.
I am so sorry for your loss of Shirley. She was a beautiful lady. I pray for God to wrap his arms around you and comfort you in this time of sadness.

I had the pleasure to work with Shirley over the past year at Yokogawa Corporation of America. She’s a wonderful person and will be greatly missed.
Hey Oscar, so sorry I didn’t have more time to talk the other night before at the commission meeting. Take care… and my condolences… to you and your family.
Hey Oscar, sorry I didn’t have more time to talk before the commission meeting. My condolences to you and your family.
Dear Jessica and Kimberly,
You mom is so dear to me and I will surely miss her. She loved both of you so much that you are often the topic of our conversation. During this time, I pray that God be the one to comfort you and give you His peace. I know that there’s lot of precious memories to treasure.

Oscar
I am truly sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family.
Dear Jessica and Kimberly,
I only came to know your mom these last 3 years, when we met every Monday at our Hope group. Most meetings she was quiet and introspective, but every once in awhile her passion about something would literally have her vibrating off her chair, and we’d all smile to see her so animated. I wish I had gotten to know her better. But I do know that she loved her girls, loved being a mom, and was very proud of both of you. She was a wonderful Hope sister and she will be deeply missed.
I live on your street and we use to hang out alot, we don’t talk anymore and when I heard about your mother I didn’t even know what to say. I am so so sorry for your loss, stay strong.
My prayers are with you girls and as well as your family. If there’s anything I can do to help.
xoxo

Words cannot express how deeply saddened I am.
I will always have wonderful memories.
My condolences to all of you.
I had the opportunity to spend time with Shirley at the Monday night HOPE group meetings. This is where we shared our obstacles and triumphs about being cancer survivors. She was dedicated, reliable and extremely supportive for all of us. She was always happy, filled the room with laughter and radiated with joy when she talked about her girls. I am sad that she had such a short life but I am blessed to have been a part of it. Love ya Shirley!!!
I extend my deepest sympathies to Shirley’s daughters, family and friends. She will be sadly missed.
We are deeply saddened to learn of Shirley’s passing. As neighbours we have enjoyed many happy encounters with Shirley and her family and have also seen first hand her committed love and devotion to her daughters. Our hearts and prayers go out to the whole family.
