Obituary of ROTHLIN – Joseph Hans Joe

November 29, 1931 – September 11, 2009 Joseph Hans “Joe” Rothlin, beloved husband of Marjorie of Calgary, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Joe was born on November 29, 1931 in Lethbridge, AB. He grew up in Picture Butte and completed secondary school at SAIT. On September 7, 1957, he and Marjorie were married. They lived in Calgary where Joe was a Master Electrician. He loved travelling to Africa, China, Turkey, and throughout Europe. Joe was passionate about his woodworking and was very proud of his family. Besides his loving wife Marjorie, Joe is also survived by his three sons and two daughters-in-law, Alan (Keziah) of Vancouver, BC, William of Calgary and David (Kari) of Crowsnest Pass, AB; five grandchildren, Evan, Chloe, Maeve, Michael, and Kuijerrn. Joe was predeceased by his father Hans and mother Mary.
