Obituary of GRAMZOW – Peter

December 25, 1934 – August 13, 2009 Peter Gramzow, beloved husband of Renate Gramzow, passed away suddenly while doing what he loved most – camping in the Rocky Mountains. Peter will be lovingly remembered by his wife Renate; daughter and son-in-law Karin and Wayne Rumsey; son Chris; and grandchildren, Nicholas and Andrew Rumsey and Christopher and Candace Gramzow. He is also survived by his sister Ruth (Ivan) Jordanov of Nanaimo, BC; and sister and brother-in-law Erika and Nick Till; and numerous nephews and nieces. We will be forever grateful to his fellow campers who came to his aide at the Chancellor Peak Campground. A Celebration of Peter’s life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
