Obituary of Edward Joseph Whelan

Ed Whelan of Calgary passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at the Brentwood Care Centre, at the age of 90 years. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Brenda (Jim) Hagel of Calgary, Carole Ann (Ron) Armstrong, John (Carol) Whelan, Patrick Whelan, Brian (Susan) Whelan, Maryrose (Jim) McIntyre, Edward (Dianna) Whelan, all of Ontario. He will also be sadly missed by his seventeen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and by his sister Brenda Sinclair of Ontario. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret in 1987.
