Obituary of Shawn Herbert Coffey

Shawn Coffey, beloved husband of Diane Coffey of Calgary passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at the age of 42 years. Shawn was born on August 14, 1965 in Placentia Bay, Newfoundland. He moved to Calgary in 1989, and married Diane in 1992. Shawn loved life, laughter, and had a great sense of humour. He shared this with his wife, children, grandchildren, and those whose lives he touched. Shawn was dedicated to his career. He will be sadly missed by all. Besides his loving wife Diane, Shawn is survived by his son Danny and daughter Nathalie, all of Calgary. He is also remembered by four grandchildren, Michelle, Danielle, Hailey, and Nicholas; parents Catherine and Aloysius Coffey of Newfoundland; Diane’s parents Jean Guy and Connie Larocque; seven brothers and five sisters; Diane’s two brothers and four sisters; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
