Obituary of Kelly Terrance Flanagan
Kelly Terrance Flanagan, of Calgary, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 51 years.
Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Kelly moved to Calgary in 1964 with his family. For more than twenty-five years, Kelly was a landman in the oil and gas industry and was known for his strong negotiation skills. During his career he assisted several oil and gas firms in acquiring major land deals. For the past fifteen years he operated his own consulting company and was president of Double Knot Energy, an exploration company, that he was instrumental in founding.
Kelly is survived by his daughter Lindsay and Will MacDonald; son Cody; granddaughter Hannah Flanagan-MacDonald; father Pat Sr.; brothers Pat Jr. and Mike (Tim) and his wife Debbie. He was predeceased by his mother Bea in 2001.
