Obituary of Anna Brylowski

Thank you Lord, for the goodness of my years. Thank you Lord, now for this time of eternal rest, I surrender to your embrace in the loving arms of sleep. Anna passed away Friday morning August 3, 2007 at the age of 86 years. Anna was a strong person who endured many hardships in her life, yet always remained positive, kind and considerate of others. She had a good sense of humour and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She always made visitors welcome, plying them with cookies, cake and coffee. She took tremendous pride in her beautiful garden and eagerly tended it until well into her eighties. Anna was born in Zalessna, Poland and immigrated to Canada after the war. She met her husband-to-be and settled in Calgary. She was also a long time member of St. Anne’s Catholic Women’s League. Anna was predeceased by her loving husband Joseph (1966) and is survived by her daughter Mary LaDuke (Jim). She will be greatly missed!
