Obituary of Courtney and Hannah Schenck

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our two angels, Courtney and her daughter Hannah. They will be forever missed by parents and grandparents, Susanne and Gordon; sisters and aunts Lindsay Schenck (Trevor Jamieson), Kylie Schenck (Jon Turingan), and niece and favourite cousin Isabella Schenck. Courtney and Hannah are lovingly remembered by their grandparents/great-grandparents, Lorraine and Louis Gaumont of Medicine Hat, and Adele and Stu Colwell of Strathmore. They will be forever cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Courtney will always be remembered for her infectious laughter, her unique sense of humour and her passionate dedication to her daughter Hannah. All who knew Courtney were able to witness the pure joy that enveloped her from the moment she was blessed with her darling daughter. Hannah Banana will be forever remembered for her intense happiness, reflected by the love of her mother. Courtney often referred to Hannah as her “saving angel”. The two of them were inseparable in life and will be together forever.
