It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Agnes Yuk Ying Yu of Calgary on Thursday, July 14, 2005. Agnes was born and raised in Macau and immigrated to Canada twenty-nine years ago. She loved to travel and enjoyed the finer delicacies of life. Agnes was an exquisite cook and loved to share her recipes with family and friends. She will forever be missed by her devoted husband, John Yiu Hung and lovingly remembered by her two children, Theresa and Robert. Agnes is also survived by her extended family of brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews in Macau, Hong Kong, Spain, Vancouver and Calgary.
