Obituary of Mavis Ann Hunter

Mavis Ann Hunter of Morley, AB was called Home by her Creator on Monday, March 28, 2005 in New Westminster, BC. Mavis will be sadly missed by her loving family, husband Jeff; five children, Elizabeth, Eric, Nakoda, Breanna and Teneekah; grandmother Elizabeth Hunter Sr.; sister Sandy Hunter; uncles, Lloyd Hunter, Laurier Hunter, and Adriene (Brenda) Hunter; aunties, Violet Hunter, Veronica Hunter (Alfred), Virginia Hunter (Jack), Jean Hunter (Joseph), Victoria Hunter (John), Audrey Hunter (Gerry), and Lois Hunter (Mackie); numerous cousins and relatives; as well as her dear friend Helga Stopper. She was predeceased by her mother Elizabeth Hunter Jr.; grandfather, Matthew Hunter; auntie, Vera Hunter; her uncle Ferlin Hunter; and numerous relatives. Mavis will always be remembered and loved in our hearts, until we meet again. Mavis completed her grade 12 education; two years of Criminology, with one year left to complete her Masters Degree and achieved an Esthetician Certificate. She enjoyed karaoke, her culture and time spent with family. Wake Services will be held at Wanda Hunter’s Residence (Morley, AB) on Saturday, April 9, 2005 and Sunday, April 10, 2005. Funeral Services will be held at the Morley United Church in Morley, AB on Monday, April 11, 2005 at 12:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Wesley Cemetery in Morley, AB.
