Obituary of Olive Faulds

Olive Faulds (nee Cardwell), beloved wife of Bob (deceased) of Lethbridge, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2005 at the age of 88 years. Olive was born in Ireland on October 19, 1916 and moved to Cardston in 1927. She was educated in Cardston and received her Nursing education at The Galt School of Nursing in Lethbridge. She lived in Lethbridge and worked as a nurse at the Galt Hospital and the Lethbridge Municipal Hospital from 1938 to 1982. Olive is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Karen and Phillip and Marcelle; grandchildren, Richard and Lesley, Kathy, Thea, and Laura; great-grandchildren, Jillian, Lindsey, Courtney, and Jayden; and four sisters. Olive was predeceased by her parents; her husband Bob; two brothers; and five sisters. A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Saturday, March 19, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. Graveside Service will be held at a later date in Lethbridge.
