Obituary of Jeremy Lincoln Ortt

Jeremy Ortt of Calgary passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 5, 2005 at the age of 33 years. Jeremy was born on August 14, 1971 in Saskatoon, SK. Jeremy is survived by his boys, Riley and Cody; and their mother Leslie; Jeremy’s mother Candace Ortt; brother and sister-in-law Jason and Kathy Ortt; nephew and nieces, Braeden, Eila and Peyton; and his grandfather Leslie Widdup; as well as other family and friends. Jeremy was predeceased by his father Don Ortt on March 10, 2004.
