Obituary of Candice Tillings
Candice Eileen Taylor (nee Tillings), beloved wife of common law husband Dale McLeod of Calgary and legal wife of Richard Taylor of Kitimat, BC, passed away suddenly at the Foothills Medical Centre on Saturday, October 30, 2004 at the age of 46 years.
Candice was born on January 21, 1958 at the Calgary General Hospital. She was a native Calgarian and an accomplished artist. Her greatest moment was when her daughter Chelcee was born. Candice had a love of life and loved to make new friends.
Besides her loving common law husband Dale McLeod and legal husband Richard Taylor, Candice is also survived by her daughter Chelcee; her father John Robert Tillings; her sisters Teri G. Gaul, and Dusty Watson (Robbie) and her husband Kevin; her brothers, John Thomas Tillings (Jack) and his ex-wife Rose, and Sonny Smith and wife Carolyn; nine nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and nephews; many aunts and uncles; two stepdaughters; and two stepsons.
Candice was predeceased by her son Marcus Wayne Tillings; her mother Kathleen Irene Tillings; and her nephew Corey Leon Thomas Tillings.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
