Obituary of Blaine Connery
Blaine David Connery passed away in Airdrie on October 3, 2004 at the age of 32 years. He is survived by his parents Dave and Linda; his sister Kerri-Lynn, her fiancÚ Cal Reaburn, their children Raya, Colin and Sierra; his grandmother Mary Cholak and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Blaine is gone to join his grandfathers Metro Cholak and Hal Topp; and grandmother Rolla Topp. Blaine was born in Edmonton on October 14, 1971 and spent his childhood growing up in Ft. McMurray where his family lives today. Blaine lived and traveled all over the world leaving everyone remembering his beaming smile and easy-going nature. From Amsterdam to Vancouver and everywhere in between, his friends were endless. Blaine lived and truly enjoyed life to the fullest. He made sure all around him were having a good time. He loved to be outside just breathing it all in, taking nothing for granted. He will be remembered as the most genuine soul who never passed judgment and never said a bad word about anyone. He loved his music and will be playing his tunes as loud as he wants from now on. He touched all he met and now watches from above as our guardian angel. He will forever be remembered and always have a place in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, Blaine would want donations sent to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the S.P.C.A. A personal memorial will be held on Friday, October 8, 2004. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
