Obituary of Pearl Dorothy Gent

Pearl Gent of Calgary passed away at the Rockyview General Hospital on Friday, September 3, 2004 at the age of 85 years. Pearl was born and raised in Toronto, ON and moved west to Calgary with her family in 1952. Pearl will be remembered as a loving and caring spouse and parent. Her compassionate and gentle nature along with her quiet sense of humour will be missed by all who knew her. Pearl is survived by her sons, Ian (Cheryl) and Angus (Janet); daughter Mary (Mark); grandchildren, Derek (Jennifer), Trevor (Anisette), Graham (Toby) and Brock; as well as great-grandchildren, Oscar, Sasha, Talula, and Amelia. She was predeceased by her husband Ernest. The family would like to invite all of Pearl’s friends to join with them in celebrating her life at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Monday, September 6, 2004 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
