Obituary of Patricia Mary McKibbon
Pat McKibbon passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre on Friday, August 13.
Pat was born in Calgary where she excelled as a seamstress and pattern designer. She was a fun, energetic, and engaging woman who brightened every room. The last half of her life dealt with the challenges of multiple sclerosis (MS). Pat never gave up hope and maintained a happy, positive attitude.
Pat leaves her beloved husband Stephen; mother Theresa; daughter Nicki (Adam) Strecker; sisters Heather Sallay and Carol (Richard) Myers; niece Karen; nephews Graham and Sean; brother Greg; an extended family; and many friends. She was predeceased by her father Bob Martin. Special thanks and prayers to the many who cared for Pat over the past eight years in home care, hospitals and long-term care centres.’
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev.
