Obituary of Peter Gerald Gordey

Peter G. Gordey of Exshaw passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre on Saturday, June 26, 2004 at the age of 72 years. Peter was born in Edmonton, AB and lived in Exshaw, AB since 1957. He held several positions with Steele Bros. and Continental Lime until his retirement in 1997 and was associated with the Exshaw Legion Branch #179. Peter is survived by his sister Elsie Anderson of Royal, Iowa and several cousins, nieces and nephews that held “Uncle Peter” in high regards. He was predeceased by his father John Gordey, mother Mary Gordey (nee Popowich), brother Ernie Gordey, sister Sadie Gordey, and nephew Noel Hrycoy.
