Obituary of Blaine Egon Hassel

Blaine Egon Hassel, life partner of Tiffany Goodall of Calgary, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 21, 2004 at the age of 22 years. A native Calgarian, Blaine resided here all of his life. He graduated from James Fowler High School and recently graduated from Mount Royal College in Commercial Aviation. Blaine is survived by his mother Connie Hassel (Ken Reid), his father Egon Hassel, both of Calgary; siblings, Trevor Hassel, Ryan Hassel, and Tammy (Mac) MacPherson all of Calgary, Gordie Fry of Fox Creek; grandparents, Don Evernden of Calgary and Eleanor Evernden of Medicine Hat; and by numerous other relatives. Blaine was predeceased by his step-mother Sandy Hassel on May 23, 2004. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, June 25, 2004 at 2:30 P.M. with Pastor Todd Harris of Evangelical Covenant Church officiating.
