Obituary of Ana Del Carmen Soto

Ana Del Carmen Soto, beloved wife of Mr. Abel Soto of Calgary, passed away peacefully at her residence with Abel at her side on Tuesday, June 1, 2004 at the age of 64 years. Ana was born on January 7, 1940 in Santiago, Chile and immigrated to Canada with her family on September 25, 1975. Ana was a fun-loving, outgoing person and was respected and loved in the Chilean Community. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Besides her loving husband Abel, Ana is also survived by eight sons and a daughter, Abraham and Kim, Ignacio and Georgina, Juan Carlos and Shirley, Jose Abel and Karen, Edelberto, Alejandro and Donna, Vladimir and Roxana, Cristian and Karina, and Lilian Soto and Carlos Mejia; thirty-two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother Doralisa Palma and a sister Elizabeth and Miguel Pavez of Chile. She was predeceased by an infant daughter Rosina and by her father Juan Enrique Williams.
