We were so sorry to hear of Irenes passing. She was all about family and had such a strong presence within the community. She will be greatly missed! Dear Ken, Ronna and family. I am sorry to hear that Irene passed away. She was such an elegant lady and was one of the first to welcome us to the community many years ago. I hope your wonderful memories will keep her close to your hearts.
We were very sad to hear Irene had passed away. We spent happy times with Irene & Harold when we stayed with them in Canada, and when Irene & Harold stayed with us twice in England. I have treasured photos of these times, and have special photos of my dad as a youngster amusing Irene when she was a child when he lived with her and “uncle Robert” and family for many years. We will especially remember the surprise they gave us on our wedding anniversary a few years ago….A day at the Rodeo…Wow! Yes, we will always remember Irene (and Harold of course) with love and affection. Our deepest sympathy to you all.
Dave, Carol, Ken, Ronna, Doug and Rita and Family:
We only knew Irene and Harold in their later lives, although my Aunty Elsie and Mum( Lily ) regularly exchanged letters with Irene for many years.
The time we spent together with them and their family will always be treasured in our hearts.
Irene was always keen to maintain her links with her relatives in England where her Mum and Dad came from. So Irene always made us feel part of her family in Canada.
We are so sorry to hear of Irene’s passing – I enjoyed getting to know her through a community activity. Your mom/grandmother always was so caring and carried herself with grace. Keep her memory close to your hearts as she will always be there. Our deepest sympathy to all of you, Dave, Ken, Doug and families. May you find some comfort to know you are in the thoughts and prayers of others. The smiles of your folks will always be a great memory for me.
We were saddened to hear of Irene’s passing. May your many fond memories help you through these difficult times. Our sincerest condolences.
Dave, Carol, Ken, Ronna, Doug and Rita:
Irene was a good lady who will be remembered as being very supportive of our community and its clubs and always lending a hand, even attending most all of the KCA meetings! She and Harold were long time, good friends of my parents and I remember many occasions of shared company. Our condolences to all of you and your families.
On behalf of all the members of the Kathyrn Community Association (Ladies Club) our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Anderson family. We will always remember Irene with fondness and affection. May you find peace during this difficult time.
