Obituary of Shelley Florendine

Shelley Lou Florendine, beloved daughter of Pearl Christena Florendine and the late Dr. Douglas George Florendine; sister of Lynne and Janice Florendine; and aunt of Kristina Florendine, passed away peacefully at the Foothills Medical Centre on Friday, May 21, 2004 at the age of 51 years. Shelley touched many lives with her compassion, thoughtfulness, sense of humour, and forthrightness. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her many close relatives, friends and co-workers. A special thank you to her aunt Jessie Darling who was with Shelley every step of the way. Thank you also to her friends who came from far and wide to comfort her, support her and hear her infectious laughter. The family wishes to thank all the staff of the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, Unit 47, Dr. B. Walley and Dr. M. LeBrie.
