Obituary of Duane Purnell Lee

Duane Purnell Lee, beloved husband of Audrey Lee of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre on Monday, May 17, 2004 at the age of 72 years. Duane was born on December 28, 1931 in Cardston, AB. He married Audrey on September 20, 1951 and practiced for over forty years as a dentist. The last two years he taught English as a Second Language. Besides his loving wife, Duane is survived by six children, Shawn and Jocelyn Lee of Vernon, BC, Michelle and Robert Papworth of Salmon Arm, BC, Margot and Jon Grafton of Murrieta, CA, Brenda and Greg Lancaster of Crossfield, AB, Konrad and Diane Lee of Logan, UT, and Derek and Bonnie Lee of Claresholm, AB; twenty-eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Winston and Genie Lee of Utah, Gerald and Dorothy Lee and Rodger and Joyce Lee, all of Calgary and two sisters and a brother-in-law, Enid and Harold Davis of Idaho Falls, ID and Joan Leavitt of Lethbridge, AB.
