Obituary of Gilbert Edmond Plouffe

Gilbert Edmond Plouffe of Calgary passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at the age of 56 years. Gilbert was born on June 8, 1947 in St. Jean Baptiste, MB and resided in Winnipeg where he was employed with Carte Electronics, and moved to Vancouver, BC in 1990. He later moved to Calgary in 1995. Gilbert is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Marnie-Lee Chevalier of Las Vegas and Shauna-Lee and Darryl Krahn of Winnipeg and six grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Michael, Jade, Chelsea, and Randi. He is also survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise-Marie and Gerard Perrin of St. Anne, MB and Toni Plouffe and Gordon Hallett of Ottawa as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Edmond and Cecile Plouffe. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at Ste. Famille Catholic Church (1717 – 5th Street S.W.) on Saturday, May 15, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Jacques Joly, OMI officiating.
