Obituary of Ronald A. Farnsworth

Ronald A. Farnsworth of Calgary passed away at the Rockyview General Hospital on Saturday, May 8, 2004 at the age of 74 years. Ron was born June 22, 1929 in Calgary, where he was raised and spent many years working in the oil patch. Ron was proud to call Calgary home and together he and Marg raised their family here. Ron is survived by his children and their families, Cathy and Calvin Cairns of Calgary, Jim and Wendy Farnsworth of Black Diamond, Janice Farnsworth, and Margo Farnsworth and her husband Doug Eliuk, all of Calgary; his grandchildren, Trevor Cairns and his girlfriend Dominique Bachand, and Shawn, Margo, Jami, and Jimmy Farnsworth. He is also remembered by his dear friend Betty of Claresholm. Ron was predeceased by his wife Marg Farnsworth, and his sister Audrey Farnsworth.
