Obituary of Mildred Clara Parohl

Mildred Clara Parohl (nee Winkler) passed away peacefully at the Rockyview General Hospital on Thursday, April 15, 2004 at the age of 94 years. Mildred was born to Max and Eleanore Winkler on the farm in Lang, SK on December 1, 1909 and was the eldest of nine children. Mildred is survived by her sons, Kenneth and Brian; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; her sister Mariam Andreas; and her brother Arthur Winkler. She was predeceased by her husband Herman and her daughter Marlene. She was loved by all who knew her. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Catholic Church (2223 – 34th Street S.W.) on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
