Obituary of Rosemarie Lucas

It is with sadness that we announce that Rosemarie (Cookie) Lucas of Calgary has lost her courageous fight with cancer. Cookie passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends, on Thursday, April 15, 2004 at the age of 66 years. Cookie leaves behind so many people that have loved her, most importantly her ‘best friend’ and husband of forty-seven years, Gordon; their children, Mike Lucas, Wendy (Gord) Williams, Jennifer (Brian) Mendiuk, and Brent (Heather) Lucas; the loves of her life, her grandchildren, Nolan, Pearson, Michael, and Colton and step grandchildren, Matt and Rod. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Monday, April 19, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. To forward condolences go to www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
