Obituary of Anna Angeline Siebenga
Anna Angeline Siebenga of Calgary went peacefully home to the Lord at Rosedale Hospice, after a brave battle with cancer, on Thursday, April 15, 2004 at the age of 60 years.
Angie was born on March 30, 1944 at Bentley, AB. She attended Bentley High School and graduated from Psychiatric Nursing in Edmonton in 1968. Despite Angie’s many struggles with mental illness, she continued throughout her lifetime to care for others, always wanted to be the “nurse.” Her fun loving nature encouraged many people she touched to discover their own “child within.”
Angie is survived by her mother, Fokie; seven brothers, Wayne, Ren, Cecil, John, Calvin, Thom and Stan; and a sister Agnes; and their families. She was predeceased by her father, Harry, and two nephews, Chris and Aaron.
A Celebration of Angie’s Life will take place at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.) on Saturday, April 17, 2004 at 10:00 A.M.
